1st Women's Health Appointment
Initial · In-clinicFor complex issues or when you want to take your time. Discuss anything from periods to menopause — we'll arrange tests, scans or referrals from here.
A safe space to discuss what matters — periods, menopause, fertility, contraception, smears, and beyond. With a female GP who has a special interest in women's health.
Your 30-minute initial appointment gives you time to talk properly, be examined if needed, and arrange any tests, scans or referrals — all under one roof.
What we help with
From routine smears to complex hormonal concerns — there's no issue too small or too sensitive. If you're not sure where your concern fits, just book and we'll guide you from there.
Appointment types
Your first appointment is always 30 minutes so we can talk properly. Follow-ups can be quicker, by video or in clinic, with the GP of your choice.

Yes. If your test comes back positive after your appointment, we can email and text your prescription so you can collect it from a pharmacy local to you.
We can supply the coil or implant ourselves, but we're also happy to fit a device that your NHS GP has prescribed for you, provided you bring the prescription.
The coil and contraceptive implant are reliable for 3–7 years and take the stress out of family planning. But there are lots of other options — pill, patch, injection, barrier methods.
Book a women's health appointment and your GP will run through every option, plus any preliminary STI screening and consent for the procedure. Evening and weekend slots available.
Yes. We always recommend underage girls discuss their health with a parent, but we'll treat you if we deem you competent to consent and it's in your best interest — same as the NHS, in line with Gillick / Fraser competence.
If your GP recommends a scan or blood test, we can usually arrange it in clinic — including with our female sonographer. If you need a consultant opinion, we have rapid access to specialist colleagues via our Kingsbridge partnership.
