Processing times
When to expect your prescription.
Monday to Friday
Allow up to 48 hours for your repeat prescription to be processed and your pharmacy token to be sent.
Weekends & bank holidays
We don't process repeats on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. Plan ahead and submit requests during the week.
Important things to know
- Previously prescribed by a Duality GP. The repeat prescription service is only available for medication a Duality clinician has already prescribed and confirmed can be repeated.
- If you're unwell or need new treatment, please book a GP appointment instead. We can't issue new medications without a consultation.
- If you've never been seen by a Duality clinician, you'll need to book your first GP appointment before we can repeat any prescriptions.
- Controlled drugs are excluded. In line with UK guidance we can't repeat Schedule 1–3 medications via this service.
