How it works
You'll always know what you're paying — and what happens next — before any procedure is booked.
Our GP examines the lesion, makes a diagnosis and talks you through your options — surgical or referral, with clear pricing.
You'll have time to think it over. Your clinician will explain what's involved, the cost, and what aftercare looks like — before you commit.
The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic. Aftercare — including dressing changes, stitch removal and antibiotics if needed — is included.
What we treat
Our GPs assess and treat a wide range of skin and soft-tissue problems. Not sure if yours qualifies? Book an assessment and we'll tell you.

15-minute appointment with our minor surgery GP — diagnosis, options and full quote.
Carried out under local anaesthetic by an experienced minor surgery GP.
Histology charges are separate. If a lesion needs to be sent to our laboratory partner for formal reporting, your clinician will discuss the additional cost before the procedure. Results typically take up to 3 weeks.
Popular cyst removal service
Cyst removal isn't routinely funded on the NHS, and procedures via consultant dermatologists in private hospitals can be very expensive. Patients regularly quote us £1,000–£2,000 from other providers.
Our clinicians have been performing minor surgery for almost 20 years. We favour minimally invasive techniques and offer the same reproducible, excellent surgical outcomes at a fraction of the cost.
We see and remove all kinds of cysts — most commonly sebaceous or epidermal cysts — nearly anywhere on the body. If your particular issue is better handled by a consultant, we'll say so and provide a referral letter to the most appropriate provider.

Removing a lesion shouldn't mean a multi-month wait, or a £2,000 bill. Here's how the three options compare.
Removes lesions for diagnostic, not aesthetic, reasons. Waiting lists are long and many patients don't qualify for removal at all.
£75 assessment + £200–£800 procedure with aftercare included. Experienced GPs, fast access, no NHS-style waiting list.
Often £1,000–£2,000 for a single procedure. We'll refer to a consultant when it's clinically the right call, but most lumps don't need that route.
In line with national guidance, any lesion that looks potentially cancerous is referred to consultant colleagues for formal assessment and removal. We won't operate on suspected cancers ourselves — we'll arrange the right onward route for you.
