Frequently asked questions.
The system won't let me join online. What do I do?
Reach out to us at info@dualityhealthcare.com with your contact details or phone one of our clinics on 028 308 33666 to be added to an individual or family membership. We'll quickly set it up for you.
Why is this happening? The system must already have your email on file — meaning at some stage you, or a family member, has booked with us and your email has been registered. Our system uses emails as a unique identifier for each individual patient. One patient, one email. This is a security setting to protect your data.
Why is my first payment more than the monthly fee?
The system will take as first payment the remainder of the month you are in and the next full calendar month. After this, payments will all come out on the first of the month at the monthly rate (e.g. £34.99 / £69.99).
Example 1
I take out membership on the 25th of June.
1st payment today = 6 remaining days of June + month of July.
2nd payment 1st August = calendar amount, e.g. £34.99 / £69.99.
Example 2
I take out membership on the 2nd of September.
1st payment today = balance of September + month of October.
2nd payment 1st November = calendar amount, e.g. £34.99 / £69.99.
How do I get my Galgorm Collection Perks Card?
Once your membership is active, your perks card is ready for you at any of our clinic receptions. Simply call into your nearest clinic on your next visit and our reception team will hand it over.
The card is available at all five locations — Belfast, Newry, Galgorm (Ballymena), Omagh and Derry — so wherever's most convenient works.
Can I cancel my membership?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after signing up during which you can cancel without commitment. After that, your membership runs for a 12-month term — whether you've chosen to pay monthly or annually. Full terms & conditions apply.
