Jonny has combined his years of experience in elite sport and executive coaching to make looking after our health simple and sustainable.

He helps busy professionals reclaim their energy, focus, and wellbeing through supporting them to take control of their health by shifting old thoughts, habits and behaviours and by focusing on manageable actions which allow people to keep performing well at work and at home.

Jonny brings a practical, compassionate and strategic approach to health improvement that fits into real life.

Living in East Belfast, he’s a proud husband and a father of two and understands the real life challenges and pressures of balancing career, family, and personal wellbeing. His down to earth, evidence based approach helps people make long lasting changes without the overwhelm.

Health coaching is an evidence-based, collaborative and highly personalised process that helps to empower patients to make realistic, sustainable changes to their health and lifestyle, rather than just giving out information or advice.

LIVE BEYOND LIFE EXPECTANCY

Dr Jonny’s TEDx talk, “How to Live Beyond Life Expectancy,” explores how we can add more quality years to our lives by treating health as a proactive daily practice rather than something we only think about in hospitals or clinics.

Blending some personal stories, including his own father’s journey with Parkinson’s disease, he shares his ABC framework for creating longevity: Attitude, Building skills, and Consistency.

Jonny expresses how small, sustainable changes in movement, nutrition, sleep, stress and social connection can create powerful shifts in our wellbeing, no matter where you are in life, so we can stay active, independent and present for the people we love.

Over the past 12 weeks, I’ve worked with Jonny to address a sleep issue. I was waking three to four times a night, struggling to get back to sleep, and becoming anxious about sleep itself. On average, I was getting two to three hours of broken sleep. I was constantly exhausted, irritable, and starting each day with brain fog and low energy.
