Job Opportunity:

Duality Healthcare is seeking to recruit for a Book-keeper to join their growing team. The successful candidate will require a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position and experience working on accounting systems.

Main Responsibilities:

· Preparing financial statements

· Raising customer invoices

· Completing monthly bank reconciliation

· Processing purchase invoices and supplier statements

· Issuing payments

· Daily reconciliations: Bank & Debtors

· Assisting with credit control duties

· Dealing with queries both over the phone and via email

· Daily upload of invoices, credit notes, refunds & payments from 3rd party medical booking & invoicing system to accounting system ensuring key control account balances are reconciled daily

· Other relevant bookkeeping duties

The successful candidate must have:

· 2 years previous experience in and accounts / bookkeeping position

· Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified Accounting Technician

· Experience of working with accounting packages essential including Xero, Elavon and other cloud accounting platforms

· Operate purchases & payroll applications and capable of reconciling control accounts

· Multi-tasking and organisational skills to manage different financial duties

· Ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines

· Excellent Excel skills

· Strong analytical ability
