Book the ADHD Assessment Initial Consultation if you do not yet have a confirmed ADHD diagnosis. Book the Psychiatry Intake Consultation if you already have a confirmed diagnosis and want to explore medication as part of ADHD treatment.

What does the £49 ADHD Assessment Initial Consultation include?
Before your appointment, you complete a series of intake questionnaires that help us begin piecing together whether ADHD is the right explanation for your symptoms. The Initial Consultation acts as a screening review of your symptoms, history, and whether a full Diagnostic Assessment is the right next step.
How much is the full ADHD Assessment?
The Diagnostic Assessment is £699 if you move forward after the Initial Consultation. The total cost of both the Initial Consultation and the Diagnostic Assessment is £748. The £699 can be paid over three monthly payments without delaying your assessment.
What happens in the Psychiatry Intake Consultation?
The Psychiatry Intake Consultation is the first step for adults who already have an ADHD diagnosis. The team reviews your diagnostic documents, treatment history, medical background, and suitability for the psychiatry pathway.
What are the costs after the Psychiatry Intake Consultation?
If the structured psychiatry pathway is clinically appropriate, the programme is £289 per month for 3 months. Suitable stable ongoing care patients can then move to Duality Healthcare membership starting at £49.99 per month, including monthly prescription management.
